We guarantee that our estimates are provided with no obligation or pressure to commit. We respect your decision-making process and are here to provide the information you need to make the best choice for your home.  We do charge a fee for the estimate which covers our time and gas, however, if the estimate meets your expectation and you do decide to utilize our talents on your project, we will credit half of that cost back to you. 

Timely Delivery:

We guarantee prompt delivery of your estimate, typically within 48 hours of our initial consultation if no other pricing factors are an issue. Our goal is to respect your time and keep your project on schedule from the very beginning.

We guarantee that the quality of materials and craftsmanship outlined in our estimate will be delivered as promised. There will be no substitutions or shortcuts – only the best for your home.

Honest Revisions:

Should any changes or adjustments be necessary, we guarantee honest and transparent communication. Any revisions to the initial estimate will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.  Any agreed upon adjustment will be for materials only.  Labor will be covered by us.
